Energy balls
Ingredients
100 g Medjool dates
50 g oat flakes
20 g sesame seeds
50 g hazelnuts
50 g walnuts
2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
4 tbsp Darbo strawberry fruit spread
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cocoa
20 g linseed
1 pinch of salt
Method
For topping:
1 handful each of pistachios, finely chopped, raspberries, freeze-dried, finely chopped, sesame seeds, flower pollen, coconut flakes
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender or blitz chopper and chop well. Then blend to a fine, homogeneous mixture.
Form approx. 10-15 balls of the same size from the mixture and roll them alternately in the chopped pistachios, raspberries, sesame seeds, flower pollen or coconut flakes.
Spread the finished balls on baking paper and leave to dry for about an hour.
The balls can be kept well chilled for at least 1 week.
