Sundowner (non-alcoholic)


6 cl apple Juice
6 cl pear nectar
2 cl lemon Juice
2 cl Darbo raspberry syrup
Ice cubes


Thoroughly mix the well-cooled ingredients (except the syrup) in the cocktail shaker and pour into a tall, narrow champagne glass. Then add the raspberry syrup slowly (due to strong colouration). Decorate with fruit such as raspberries.
