Almond Butter & Raspberry Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
¼ cup agave or maple syrup
½ cup natural almond butter
½ tsp. Taylor & Colledge vanilla bean paste
1 large egg
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 cup almond milk
1.5 cups rolled oats
3 Tbs. Darbo raspberry jam
Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk agave or maple syrup with almond butter until smooth. Add the vanilla bean paste, egg, cinnamon, and salt and stir until combined. Slowly pour in milk and continue whisking. Stir in oats. Pour the oat mixture into an 8 inch cake pan. Drop spoonfuls of the jam onto the top of the oats and use a chopstick or skewer to create swirls . Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges become golden.
