
Elderflower and orange juice with pomegranate

Ingredients
Freshly squeezed juice of four oranges (or two glasses of store-bought orange juice)
Freshly squeezed juice of one pomegranate (or two glasses of store-bought pomegranate juice)
50 ml Darbo elderflower syrup
For the decoration
One orange cut into slices
A few fresh pomegranate seeds
Two fresh sprigs of rosemary
Method
1. Pour the orange and pomegranate juice into two glasses. Add the syrup.
2. Decorate with orange slices, pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs.
Tip
The elderflower and orange juice with pomegranate can be enjoyed hot, too. Just heat it in a saucepan slowly.
