Elderflower Rose Spritz
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients
2 strawberries, diced
½ oz rose water
1 oz Darbo Elderflower Syrup
4 oz pink grapefruit soda
187 ml sparkling wine
Makes 2 cocktails
Method
In a small bowl, muddle the strawberries with the rose water. Stir in elderflower syrup. Distribute the mixture evenly between two white wine glasses or champagne flutes. Pour 2 oz of pink grapefruit soda into each glass, and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh strawberries or grapefruit.
