
Lemon Balm Fizz (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients
Ice cubes
2 limes
200 ml Darbo lemon balm syrup
Fresh mint leaves
1 litre soda water
Method
Add the ice cubes to a jug, halve the limes and press the juice over the ice cubes. Cut the mint leaves and the pressed limes into pieces, then add them to the jug together with the Darbo lemon balm syrup. Top up with soda water to finish.
