5 cl Bacardi Ocho
1 cl Lustau PX sherry
2 cl fresh lime juice
2 bar spoons of Darbo All Natural Double-Fruit Blueberry 70%
2 bar spoons of coconut blossom sugar


Pre-cool glass with ice. Mix all ingredients in a shaker until the coconut blossom sugar has dissolved. Add ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
Pour into the pre-cooled glass (without ice cubes) through a bar strainer and fine strainer. Scent the glass with lime zest. Decorate using a skewer with blueberries.
