
Red Mojito

Ingredients
3 cl Darbo raspberry syrup
4 cl white rum
1 lime
1 level tbsp. of cane sugar (light brown)
Fresh mint leaves
5 cl soda water
Ice cubes
Lime slices
Method
Cut the lime into 8 pieces and place in a glass. Sprinkle with the cane sugar. Add mint leaves as desired and crush. Add the rum and mix with a spoon till the sugar has dissolved. Top up with crushed ice, soda water and raspberry Darbo syrup, stir and serve.
