Don’t think Darbo can’t be included in all your favorite dips! We added flavor to our summer inspired salsa with a  tablespoon of Apricot Fruit Spread!

Chop up pineapples, mangos + red onion and add them to a bowl.

In a separate dish mix a tablespoon of apricot fruit spread, a dash of white wine vinegar and hot water (amount is up to you depending on consistency you desire) Stir until mixed and then add to your fruit mixture. Top with cilantro for garnish! Enjoy on a crostini or dunk your favorite chips.
